Mike KeatingMike Keating
Manager

A New Hampshire native, from early childhood Mike has spent his spare time outdoors enjoying the wonders of the natural world. At age nine he bought his first pair of XC skis with money earned on his paper route and his first climbing rope at age 13. After earning a degree in Forestry, the lure of the Rockies was too great and Mike found himself in the Tetons, where he has lived for the past 23 years. Having climbed and skied throughout the United States, Canada, Alaska and Pakistan, Mike has logged first ascents and descents in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Adirondacks and Teton and Wind River ranges of Wyoming.

Bringing the knowledge and passion of over 25 years of outdoor retail experience to Yostmark Mike says, “Whether it’s helping someone choose a tent for that trip to New Zealand or suggesting a local day hike, the job never gets old. It’s a pleasure to help enhance people’s enjoyment of the outdoors or to hear of their adventures. The biggest reward is when a customer returns from an outing glowing with enthusiasm and thanks you for your advice”.

VivViv Riseley
Sales Manager

Viv grew up in the foothills of The Peak District, Britain’s first national park (which explains her dodgy accent & choice of words), where she loved to hike, bike, trail run & horse ride.  She gained an Honours Degree in Business & Marketing and had a successful corporate career in the computer world for a number of years.  After taking a sabbatical to travel, Viv discovered surfing, became a beach bum & never looked back.  Leaving the beach was not easy but when she re-located to Driggs in 2005 Yostmark convinced her to trade her boards for skis.  As a winter novice Viv was thankful for Yostmark’s amazing support & enthusiasm.  She now holds the Yostmark family entirely responsible for her new addiction to snow sports, outdoor gear & her empty wallet!
